รายจ่ายต้องห้าม ( Prohibited expenses ) เช่น ค่าใช้จ่ายที่ส่งลูกจ้างไปเรียนต่างประเทศโดยที่ทำสัญญาว่าจ้างระบุว่า ลูกจ้างจะต้องกลับมาใช้ทุน 2 ปี สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัทได้จะต้องคำนึงด้วยค่ะว่า รายจ่ายดังกล่าว เป็น-รายจ่ายที่ได้จ่ายเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งลูกจ้างเข้ารับการศึกษา ฝึกอบรมในสถานศึกษาที่ทางราชการจัดตั้งขึ้น-รายจ่ายดังกล่าวจะต้องเป็นตามเงื่อนไขของประกาศกรมสรรพากร-รายจ่ายที่ได้จ่ายไปเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการฝึกเตรียมเข้าทำงานเพื่อประโยชน์ของกิจการผู้ดำเนินการฝึกหรือไม่ค่ะ
